Alice Hargreaves

Hello!

My name is Alice. I’m founder of SIC, a Social Enterprise that works to close the disability employment gap, and that is something I’ve been doing for the last four years or so. I’m myself disabled and neurodivergent. The work that we do at SIC, as well as the work I’m doing as part of the WISHES project, are very close to my heart – because of things I have direct experience of. As well as working in the disability and employment space, I’m also an avid reader, baker, somebody who absolutely loves animals, getting out in nature, and just in general spending time with friends and family.

Alice is the CEO and Founder of SIC, a social enterprise that works to close the disability employment gap. As a disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneur, Alice uses her lived experience to support disabled professionals and train businesses on inclusion best practice.
