Helen Fitzhugh
Hello!
I’m doctor Helen Fitzhugh. I’m a social researcher based at Norwich Business School in the University of East Anglia. The work I do is all about workplace wellbeing. I not only plan and carry out mixed methods research on wellbeing at work, I also give talks, run workshops, and host the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing network-related podcast. Evolve Workplace Wellbeing is a set of resources and activities where people and professionals can learn and discuss evidence-informed strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve wellbeing at work. I’ll be part of the research team, working with organisations on the WISHES project.
Helen is a Senior Research Associate at Norwich Business School. She is currently working on projects related to Workplace wellbeing, Organisations and Social Value, Knowledge exchange, Public sector – including policing, Positive Change in Organisations, Business ethics, and Social theory.
